Frédéric Leclercq of KREATOR interview on Hate Über Alles and Touring 2022

First, I'd like to start by saying it was an honor and pleasure interviewing Frederic Leclercq. He's a genuine down-to-earth person I'd love to talk to again. I'd also like to say this is my first interview ever. Something I've always wanted to venture into and I got an amazing opportunity.

Phoenix, Arizona 10|27|2022 I arrived at the Arizona Financial Theatre to interview Frédéric Leclercq of KREATOR on their new album, "Hate Über Alles" and a little bit about touring life. I met up with Fred by their touring bus and he offered to do the interview on the bus, which couldn't have been any more exciting for me and I gladly agreed. I set up my recording device, sat on the couch across from him, and let him know I was ready to get into it.

As we sat down Fred wanted to show me a new record, Antichrist by Gorgoroth he'd just purchased. Then he asked me if I'd ever heard of them. I replied "yes, but I've never listened to them before" and he replied "Black metal from Norway! Get your shit together, man!" Jokingly and we both laughed about my ignorance. A little something I didn't quite get on film and found humorous and wanted to share. After we started talking I noticed the LED lights were messing with the recording, so I switched to my phone as a last-second correction.
